Some most frequently asked questions by students are:
Q: "Why isn't my loan here?!"
A: There are several possible answers to this one. Perhaps you thought the offer of a loan was the end of the process, it isn't. Perhaps you didn't complete loan counseling before grant day, it's required. Perhaps this is the first time you've attended HCC, there is a 30 day delay on new incoming students. Lastly, because of so many students waiting to apply, we may not have had time to certify your loan in a timely manner.
Q: "Where do I pick up my aid check?"
A: Then Business Office. It's located just to the North of our offices.
