Welcome to Hibbing Community College Online Learning.
To Access your online course(s): Click on D2L Login or “My Online Course Login” Enter your user name and password as follows:
Username: Your user name is the first initial of your first name, followed by the first four letters of your last name, followed by the last three digits of your student ID. Example: Benjamin Smith 00000549, your user name would be: bsmit549
Password: Your birthdate in this format: YYMMDD (for example: Feb 12, 1980 is 800212).
Once you enter your user name and password, you should see the campus homepage. Click on the Plus symbol (+) next to the semester to see your current course(s).
If you need text book information for your classes, please visit the HCC Bookstore.
EMAIL: For correspondence within your online course you will use your HCC campus email account. Go to our website, click on the E-mail link in the Cardinal E-services box. Enter your username and password (this is the same login information from above).
To forward your campus email to your personal email account, view the following Animated tutorial or PDF file.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are using MSN, AOL, Juno, or various other Internet Service Providers, you may need to do the following. Connect with your Internet Service Provider as you normally would, minimize that window, open a new Internet Explorer window, go to our campus website, and log into your course. If you are using a pop-up blocker, you will need to disable it while viewing your online course(s).
