Application for Admission
Welcome to Hibbing Community College. Applying is the first step toward becoming a student at Hibbing Community College. Students qualify for admission to Hibbing Community College if you have a high school diploma, GED, or will soon graduate from high school. Students without these documents may also attend Hibbing if they meet Ability to Benefit criteria.
Please refer to the instructions associated with the type of student you are (new, transfer, international, etc.) for complete admissions instructions, which are located in the menu bar directly to the left.
There is a one-time $20 non-refundable application fee that should be included with your application. After you have reviewed your specific application instructions please choose the application method you prefer below.
- Web Application The Online application is for new students. Please be sure to print your high school release form while completing the application and send the application fee. If you’ve attended or applied to Hibbing before, please reactive your account with the application for admission PDF below.
- Application for Admission (PDF) Students may also apply to Hibbing Community College by using this downloadable PDF application. If you have applied or attended Hibbing Community College in a previous term, please use this application.
- Non-Degree Seeking Student Application This application is for students intending to take 7 credits or less at Hibbing Community College.
